James resembles an astronaut after a malfunction with the van's lift leaves him lying on his back! Carter and Rick came from their offices to upright him and get him on his way. He was not injured, and the lift has been repaired.

Longtime friend and co-worker, Ellis Burch, spends the afternoon reminiscing with James.
